Derwent 6-Pencil Tin Sets Watersoluable
Use Derwent Water Soluble Sketching Pencils wet or dry. Shade them on dry paper and apply a water wash to get a watercolor look, or use dampened paper for softened edges of line. Or use them dry like regular sketching pencils.
